Testing Services Group LLC is an independent test laboratory serving the automotive, small engine, marine, portable fuel container and defense markets as well as the U.S. Government. Services include the determination of physical and material properties, product performance and reliability, and evaporative emission measurements.

Facilities include more than thirty thousand square feet of laboratory space that feature an extensive Class I Division I infrastructure for safely testing systems and components during operation with fuel. A partial list of equipment includes mini- and micro- SHEDs, SAE J1737 test stands, E/D shakers, slip tables, slosh tables, walk-in and reach-in thermal chambers, pressure-vacuum cycling stands, gasoline and diesel fill carts, canister loading and durability stands, tensile testers, burst test carts, fuel pump and fuel module test stands, long-term elevated temperature soak rooms, component cycling stands and bulk fuel storage on-site.

Our technical staff routinely work with the US Environmental Protection Agency and California Air Resource Board personnel to facilitate the review of compliance submissions TSG prepares for customers seeking Executive Orders and approval for their products. Our engineers also participate in industry technical subcommittees, including SAE, ABYC, NMMA and ASTM, supporting the development of standardized test procedures for various products and systems across these industry segments.
